NAT-CORP Customer Guide

How to Use the National Corporate Contract Exchange

Nat-Corp helps businesses identify public-sector contract opportunities that align with the services, products, and capabilities they actually provide.

Nat-Corp starts with your business. You do not need to search hundreds of contracts manually or know procurement classification codes before you begin.

Start your business profile

1. Start Your Business Profile

Begin with five simple fields:

  • Name — the person creating the profile.
  • Business Name — your public business name.
  • Business Email — the email used for your business.
  • Business Website — your public website address.
  • Owner / Visiting Customer Email — optional, when another owner or referred customer should be identified.
Why is a public website required? Your website gives Nat-Corp evidence of what your business offers. The website discovery Agent reviews public information to identify services, products, capabilities, industries, and supporting evidence. An informative, current website produces a stronger profile.

2. Nat-Corp Builds Your Profile

After intake, you are redirected to the profile-building screen. You will see: “Nat-Corp is building your business profile.”

Activity Progress shows the work moving through these stages:

  1. Intake Received
  2. Agent Assigned
  3. Website Validation
  4. Agent Website Search
  5. Evidence Review
  6. Capability Extraction
  7. Business Profile Build
  8. Ready for Review

You do not need to remain on an intake form while the Agent works. The profile-building screen provides the current activity state.

3. Review Your Business Profile

Based on public website evidence, Nat-Corp may identify your:

  • services and products
  • capabilities and competencies
  • industries served
  • procurement search terminology
  • resident-state evidence
  • derived classification candidates

Nat-Corp can make derived recommendations, but your business remains in control. Review the information carefully and choose Profile Is Correct when it accurately represents your business, or Edit Profile to correct it before confirming.

4. Review Your Opportunity Market

Nat-Corp evaluates qualified, currently available public-sector opportunities and returns those that align with your verified Business Capability Profile.

Your dashboard may show:

  • Matched Opportunities — contracts aligned with your profile.
  • Match percentage — a summary of capability alignment.
  • Why it matched — evidence connecting the opportunity to your business.
  • Agency — the public organization issuing the opportunity.
  • Solicitation — the opportunity title or reference.
  • Deadline — the response due date.
  • Opportunity type — the kind of public-sector request.
  • Review — the button that opens the opportunity details.

5. All States vs Resident State

All States

Shows capability-aligned matches from all states currently available through the Apropos Procurement Intelligence Engine (APIE).

Resident State

Narrows those matched opportunities to the state supported by your business profile’s resident-state evidence.

A zero is a valid result. Resident State does not artificially generate opportunities. If no qualifying opportunity currently exists in that state, the dashboard may correctly show zero matches.

6. Review an Opportunity

Open a match to review the available opportunity details. Check the agency, solicitation number, scope or description, deadline, opportunity type, match explanation, and any source or document links provided.

Before deciding to pursue an opportunity, read the issuing agency’s official solicitation and confirm required registrations, licenses, experience, location rules, documents, dates, and submission instructions.

7. Analyze Fit

When available, Analyze Fit provides deeper business-to-contract decision support. It helps you examine the relationship between your business profile and a selected contract before you invest more time in the opportunity.

Analyze Fit is decision support. It does not determine eligibility, predict an award, or represent government approval.

8. Tips for Best Results

  • Maintain an informative public business website.
  • Clearly describe the services and products you provide.
  • Identify the markets or industries you serve.
  • Include appropriate project, experience, or capability evidence.
  • Review the generated profile carefully.
  • Correct inaccurate information before confirming your profile.
  • Review deadlines and solicitation requirements directly with the issuing agency.

9. Important Notice

Nat-Corp identifies opportunities based on business capability alignment.

Nat-Corp does not guarantee eligibility, contract award, funding, agency acceptance, or proposal success.

Businesses remain responsible for reviewing the complete solicitation requirements and verifying information with the issuing agency.
