Privacy Policy
Effective: July 22, 2026
1. Information you provide
The platform processes the contact and business information you submit for the current visit, including business name, email address, business description, selected capabilities, service states, business roles, employee range, and optional capacity information.
2. One-time page handoff
Information entered during Intake and Business Intake is passed to the next page through a temporary browser address fragment. The receiving page reads the information into page memory and immediately removes the fragment from the visible address. The core visitor flow does not write this profile to cookies, local storage, or session storage.
3. No returning-member restoration
The platform does not restore a previous visitor profile on a later visit. Refreshing, reopening, or directly visiting a protected workflow step requires a new Intake. A visitor may voluntarily download an opportunity summary or assessment to their own device.
4. Information collected automatically
The website and its hosting, security, database, and operational providers may process technical information such as IP address, browser type, device type, referring page, pages visited, timestamps, request logs, error logs, and security events.
5. How information is used
Current-visit information is used to evaluate live opportunity candidates, produce a dashboard, generate an Analyze Fit report when requested, maintain security, diagnose errors, and operate the service.
6. Service providers
Apropos Group LLC may use providers supporting hosting, databases, artificial-intelligence processing, security, and platform operations. Information is shared only as reasonably necessary for those services, legal compliance, safety, or business operations. Personal information is not sold for money.
7. Public procurement links
When you follow a link to an external procurement platform, that organization’s privacy practices govern your activity there.
8. Retention and security
The public workflow is designed not to persist the visitor profile in browser storage. Server and provider logs may be retained as reasonably necessary for operational, security, legal, and diagnostic purposes. Reasonable safeguards are used, but no system can guarantee absolute security.
9. Your choices
You may limit information you submit, stop using the service, close the page, or request assistance through an official Apropos Group LLC contact channel.
10. Children
The service is intended for business and professional use and is not directed to children under 13.
11. Changes
This policy may be updated to reflect changes in the service, law, or operational practices. The effective date will be revised when material changes are posted.
12. Contact
Privacy questions or requests may be submitted through the official Apropos Group LLC support or contact channel published on this website.
