Important: National Corporate Contract Exchange is an independent procurement-intelligence service operated by Apropos Group LLC. It is not a government agency and is not endorsed by any public entity.

1. Acceptance

By accessing or using this website, Intake, Business Intake, dashboard, matching tools, Analyze Fit, or related services, you agree to these Terms of Use. Do not use the service if you do not agree.

2. Free visitor access

The public workflow is available without a subscription, payment card, member account, login, or one-time password. Every visit begins with Intake and proceeds through Business Intake to the dashboard. Separate professional services offered by Apropos Group LLC may have fees under a separate agreement.

3. Temporary visit workflow

The public workflow is designed for the current visit and does not restore a previous visitor profile through cookies, local storage, or session storage. Refreshing, reopening, or directly visiting a later workflow step may restart Intake. Users are responsible for downloading any summary or assessment they wish to retain.

4. Informational service

The service organizes information from supported public or authorized procurement sources. Coverage varies, and listings may be incomplete, delayed, changed, cancelled, expired, duplicated, or unavailable. The issuing organization’s official solicitation and amendments control.

5. User responsibility

You are responsible for independently verifying all deadlines, time zones, eligibility requirements, registrations, licenses, certifications, set-asides, insurance, bonding, forms, pricing requirements, submission instructions, amendments, and other solicitation conditions.

6. No guarantee

Opportunity matching, Analyze Fit, proposal assistance, or any other service does not guarantee eligibility, responsiveness, evaluation results, negotiations, revenue, or contract award.

7. Professional boundaries

Unless stated in a separate signed agreement, the service does not provide legal, tax, accounting, financial, insurance, or government-agency advice. Users should consult qualified professionals when needed.

8. Acceptable use

You may not misuse the service, introduce malicious code, circumvent workflow controls, overload systems, scrape or reproduce protected content without authorization, impersonate others, or use the platform for unlawful purposes.

9. Intellectual property

National Corporate Contract Exchange, its design, original content, matching methods, software, and branding are owned by Apropos Group LLC or its licensors. Government solicitation materials remain subject to the rights and rules of their respective publishers.

10. Third-party sources

The service may link to external procurement platforms. Apropos Group LLC does not control those systems and is not responsible for their availability, security, accuracy, policies, or content.

11. Service changes

Features, coverage, availability, and these terms may change. Material revisions will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.

12. Disclaimer and limitation

The service is provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. Apropos Group LLC disclaims implied warranties and is not liable for decisions, missed deadlines, lost opportunities, source-system failures, indirect damages, or reliance on incomplete information to the extent permitted by applicable law.
